What makes us an environnemental business ?

Local Produce Only
Every vegetable, fruit and protein in the cooking class has been gown and bought on Moorea from local farmers and fishermans. We love to support the local community and reduce our dependance to imports.
Zero-Waste
Everything that we use throughout the experience is to be eaten and you're welcome to bring home any leftovers. The trash part of any produce is used as compost for the soil of our property.
Respect of Seasons
We create the menu to teach you according to the vegetables and fruits available this season so we always respect the natural cycle of the planet and we never rely on imported goods.
